I have the same issue. New BIG V6 radiator, thermostat, fan clutch in my 85 22RE SR5. Mine heats up on the hiway, with A/C on, if temp outside is over 105 degrees and I go over 70MPH. However, I now have a plate bumper and winch basically blocking the radiator all together now. I "rigged" a small air scoop to force in air from the bottom. Helps a little. I am debating the electric fan mod to help suck air thru the radiator...
