It looks like people install the air bags with the nipple pointing downward into the whole there. I do not have that hole there because I had to fab steel bars that bolt in there to hold my springs in place.
Can I install the bags with the nipples pointing upwards somehow? Maybe drill through the bump stop? Otherwise I guess I could offset the spring holder bolt somehow and feed the nipple through the bottom hole.

We should be able to find something to work with your lift spring. If you can get me the inside diameter and height of the spring at ride height, I should be able to find a bag that works for your set up.
As far as bag orientation goes, you can flip the bag so the port is at the top with no problem.
Get me those measurements and let me know if you have any further questions at all.
