I wish it were. The TSX sedans are available with a manual, but not the wagons. Acura correctly assumed that 1) the wagon wouldn't be a big seller in the U.S. and 2) the only manual wagons they would sell in USA would be to myself, gshadow325, and maybe four others.

I love the V70R, something about it! There is a shop is Santa Clarita,CA that is owned by an old Volvo rally racer. He has some sick nasty 400+ HP wagons he still races to this day.

not really a wagon, but we just leased our first Subie Impreza hatchback sport. Its not fast but gets great milage and puts the 4runner to shame on icy roads. We love it.

Actually there would be a ton sold. There are not too many manual wagons out there in any format.

I have only seen a few TSX Wagons in the year we have had ours. But in Europe last month I saw a ton of them (badged as Honda Accord Tourer), and all the ones I saw were turbo diesels with the manual transmission.

We recently took a 2800 mile road trip in ours. We bought a wagon because we tended to drive the 4Runner 90% of the time due to the amount of space inside for our things. We wanted a wagon so we could still camp and haul outdoor gear, but also get 30+ MPG.
662 miles the first day of travel across Hwy 50 to Utah.
Twisties on Hwy 50
Spotted an unusual 22-degree sun halo on our trip. The sun halo is caused by sunlight passing through ice crystals in cirrus clouds within the atmosphere. The crystals bend direct sunlight, projecting it elsewhere into the sky, and at precisely 22 degrees, forming a halo around the sun.
The car averaged 35 mpg the entire trip.
Kodachrome State park
We had a 1,177 mile trip home that we planned to spread across two days, but the car was so comfortable we soldiered on and did the entire drive in one day. The seats in this car are amazing.

We did 662 miles in one shot to get to Utah, and I thought that was a lot. It was actually my wife that proposed we do the 1,177 miles back and my first thought was "no way!" I only drove 1 hour of that trip, she did nearly the entire thing! The seats in this car are very comfy.

Tons of people would buy them, unfortunatley all of those people would buy one in 2-10 years, not a new one, no one who likes manuals buys a new car, which makes it difficult for me to find certain vehicles when only like 5% were sold with a standard trans.

Sorry to bump an old thread but
@ paddlenbike
how is the tsx wagon holding up? I'm getting a new daily driver in a couple of months and am considering a tsx but can't decide if I want a wagon or the sedan with the V6.

It's a great car. It has good power, great mileage, excellent build quality, but my favorite feature is the handling...it feels like an Integra in the corners.
As great of a car as it is, I will be putting it up for sale this week. It was my wife's car and I just lost her to cancer.
