The V6 2015 Taco is rated at around 3,500 tow capacity unless you get the double cab which is 6,500lb or something like that. The 236hp these trucks come with isn't exactly hefty so I would really reconsider using a tacoma to begin with. Hate to say it, but you would be better off with an EcoBoost F-150 or comparable Silverado/Ram 1500. I'd at least go with the 4.7 Tundra, but if you're talking full size trucks the Tundra is easily worst in class.
To answer your question: on paper the tacoma can do it, but it would be a bit of a struggle.
