Daughter doing maintenance

Daughter picked up a 2010 Hyundai Accent. Runs decently. Until it didn't.
She said it suddenly started bucking and loss of power. Misfiring.
Code reader 0303. So, replace spark plugs.
I supervised/assisted.
Layout has the oil fill cap between cylinder 3 & 4 (clue). The coil and tube to the plugs 3 & 4 were filled with oil (clue). These are under a decorative engine cover (clue). She recently had the oil changed at a shop (clue).
She replaced the plugs without incident. Excess oil was mopped up. Some oil got in the combustion chamber(s) and it smoked a bit.
I think the oil change technician spilled oil, causing the misfire.
I will supervise her doing her next oil change.
