Thank you for the orders! We are stock up on mounts, compressors and tanks!

Also, we just released the underhood ARB Dual Compressor mount for the 2016+ Tacoma. Check it out here!

How many tires can you refill with a tank like this (say 33s from 12 psi ish)?

Edit NM: Power Tank Air Tool Use

I love my Power Tank and the mount makes it fit perfectly in the 4Runner. We do a lot of beach driving, so airing up and down all the time with a compressor that took 5 mins or more per tire got old real quick. That was the first mod for my new rig. My only complaint (and not on PT or anything) is that finding someone to fill the tank near me was a giant PIA. Once I found a reliable guy, there's been no problem. 30 secons per tire, and filled up all 4 tires at least 5 times before I had to think about a refill. Love this product.

M.O.R.E. 5th Gen gas tank skid

I love my M.O.R.E. aluminum skid set and I was wondering if are you planning on developing and releasing a gas tank skid plate.

I have been using the Powertank for nearly 10 years. Most places that service fire extinguishers and some dealerships can fill them. You do need to get the tank inspected and serviced every couple of years.

I know this is an old thread, but I too would like to know this. The listing on the website states a drill is required, but I really would rather not have to drill holes in my new truck if I can avoid it.

Also, how much utility does one get out of a gallon tank? I suppose it depends on how much PSI it can handle, but in terms of running air tools or lockers or anything, does a one gallon tank in conjunction with the compressor offer significant utility?

This is a bolt on application, no drilling required. the 1 gallon tank is great if you plan on bringing air tools out and need a pop of an impact wrench. the gallon tank offers increased air capacity and is a great addition.

Does not work with the sliding deck. The other issue I did not like is that it makes it harder to open the jack compartment due to covering the panel latches.
To clarify the mount will fit, but a power tank will not. Could use the mount for something else.

It is a quality built product though and super easy to install, even with molle panels.

No, mine didn't come with the sliding cargo deck. I never thought about that... I guess that woud make the mounting option a little harder.

Thank you, I really wanted to install this. I’m tired of using an air compressor that takes forever to air back up with.

so to clarify, 100% will not work with sliding deck. in terms of the jack, you just need to unscrew the top nut (which has a handle) and pull back the mount to access the jack. we designed it that way to make it accessible.
