Yes, Thanksgiving did push things back a bit more than expected. Your order should be headed out tomorrow. Sorry for the long delay there.

Where are these wheel bearing assemblies!??? This wait time is ridiculous and FAR beyond your 3-5 day advertised shipping time!

They were shipped out on the 7th. As I said in our email exchange, I did have some problems with receiving parts over the Thanksgiving holiday. A shipment of bearings was a full week late to me, and this caused me to run out of them. I sent your tracking information again to your email address.

Finally got them in the mail today. I wasn't provided with the tracking number until after my previous post, and thus did not realize the major delay was caused by the postal service. My apologies. Super happy to have them in hand, and I will let you know how the installation goes.

No worries. Not sure on the tracking information. When I print the label it automatically sends the tracking information to the email address used when the order is placed. I have had a few customers say that their spam filter blocked it before, but that is rare. Glad that you have them now!

Just wanted to say I got them installed today and the initial test drive worked great. The assemblies were put together very well, included literally everything you needed for an easy swap, and were packaged very well for shipping. Very happy these are finally installed.

My only suggestion in the future would be to have a little more contact with the customers instead of relying on automated emails. Keep us updated as to the status of our orders. If things are delayed (like in my case you said Thanksgiving backed you up a bit), just let us know so we're not waiting and wondering. Only after I decided to contact you did you advise me of the status.

I understand your concern and input. However when you have 200 orders a month it becomes a necessity for an automated system. Otherwise I couldn't get everything done. I already spend about an hour and a half of each day just getting my shipping taken care of. If I had to manually do each shipping order, then manually send out tracking information to each order, it would take over 2 hours each day. I very rarely have a problem with the tracking information being sent out. Almost every customer who said they never received tracking information has found the tracking information in their spam folder. I do apologize for the problem with your information, but I did go back into my records and found that tracking information was confirmed as sent to the email address on the order.

All I'm saying is prior to the USPS shipping delays, since you knew it would be delayed because I ordered it the weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday, a simple "hey we are behind by a week due to Thanksgiving" heads up on that Monday would have been appreciated.

Just some constructive feedback. It's your business...so you decide what to do with it. I'm still happy with the assemblies either way. Thank you.

Yes, I do get that. But to manually go in and notify 100 customers that there is a day or two delay is a lot to do. I am not a big company churning these out. I am a one man operation. I do everything. I do apologize again for the delay. Glad you are happy with the assembly.
