My only suggestion in the future would be to have a little more contact with the customers instead of relying on automated emails. Keep us updated as to the status of our orders. If things are delayed (like in my case you said Thanksgiving backed you up a bit), just let us know so we're not waiting and wondering. Only after I decided to contact you did you advise me of the status.

I understand your concern and input. However when you have 200 orders a month it becomes a necessity for an automated system. Otherwise I couldn't get everything done. I already spend about an hour and a half of each day just getting my shipping taken care of. If I had to manually do each shipping order, then manually send out tracking information to each order, it would take over 2 hours each day. I very rarely have a problem with the tracking information being sent out. Almost every customer who said they never received tracking information has found the tracking information in their spam folder. I do apologize for the problem with your information, but I did go back into my records and found that tracking information was confirmed as sent to the email address on the order.
