Also very interested in the 06-09 version. Looks like exactly what I'd need for my 2008.

We have finally located an 06-09 4runner locally that we are hoping to use for designing the bumper. We hope to be working on one within a couple months.

Can your Lo-Pro system be adjusted for a 1" body lift?

Can anyone recommend what fasteners I might want to purchase beforehand that are likely to break upon removal? Are the fasteners that hold the bumper on those little black two-piece push in fasteners that tend to get brittle over time? I may pick some up preemptively for the bumper re-installation.

Yes we can accommodate for a 1" BL. We do not show the option on the website so you would need to leave a message in the "notes" section of the order form asking to have it made for a 1" BL.

I have seen the 10mm (14mm head) bolts break off sometimes when removing them from the frame. If that happens I think most people drill out the broken part and put a longer bolt in with a nut on the back instead of trying to save the threads in the nut that's already welded to the frame.

What can really help is to start spraying some PB Blaster or similar product onto the hardware a few days before the install. That will give it time to work its way into the bolts and help free them up when you go to take everything apart.
