Went to the local junk yard picked up a roof rack, mud guards, a/c hose, and some interior trim.

Broke a front axle and thrashed a tire, but it still drove me back to the Trailer!

Since the truck broke down on me 50mi out of town ($250 tow) and repaired at shot ($80 wiring) my truck is now running good, but idling loopy.
Supposed to install my bj spacers this week, lower t bars and get rotate/Val/align. Fvxk, so much to do. I just want her to run good and ride good! Like a good *****
Maybe take some of your drug money and buy a AAA+ membership for $70 and you get 4 tows up to 100 miles each.

Threw in some knock-off weathertech type floor mats I picked up at Sams club. They're pretty solid and will do the job.

Took advantage of some "cyber-monday" deals and ordered some maintenance items for 20% off plus free shipping: cap and rotor and fuel filter (forgot to do them like a complete total dumb a$$ when did plugs, wires, belts, timing belt kit, and valve cover gaskets beginning of the year). Also grabbed a couple Purolator PureOne oil filters for $4 ea and a K&N air filter for $35.

Cool

Today (yesterday technically) my poor mulato bastagio of a truck got to watch me detail my pops 06 mb cl65 amg :-)
After driving it just the few miles between my dads house and mine when i get to, I cant put words on the differences from the ole terd. True polar opposites..
However, FOR MY TRUCK I made an appt for the new bj's & bj spacers.
Truck needs work in all depts... I love her

Well, this past Sunday I went out wheeling with "mytyeerinpie" and his buddy Justin on a nasty Class 4 (scale of 1-5) crawling route in the Black Hills. It was a great time, the truck was working good, walking over some pretty tough stuff, until we came to this tall, jagged double ledge with about the wheelbase of a 4Runner between the ledges--the ground was still damp from recent rains, and the light mud coating on the tires wouldn't allow enough traction to get past. I got it up on the first ledge a couple times, but once I hit the second one, the rear tires couldn't finish the first climb. Bummer! Then, on the way out, the mud slid me sideways into a tree, where I proceeded to flatten one door and a quarter panel...ouch! Well, she's looking like a serious trail rig, anyway.
