95 4Runner Vibration Squeeling Noise w/Cold

I have a 95 Toyota 4 Runner, every morning and only when the weather is cold (I would say 50 degrees or lower) and about 2 min into my morning drive to work
I can guarantee to hear what sounds like a squealing noise for no longer than 15-20 seconds coming from the drivers side front.
I know little about how what would cause this and be total wrong but sounds like it is coming from the Master Cylinder location of the vehicle when driving.

I never happens when it is warm only happens in the winter months and when cold. Never happens if I drive 30mph at a steady pace. Usually happens when I am merging on the freeway and above 45-50 mph. I get to the same place on the freeway and it dissipates. Any idea on what it could be?

A squeal that happens on a cold engine while accelerating sounds like a belt to me.

You might consider checking a couple things:
-front axle grease and torque
(a) standard grease tends to get really hard in the cold, whereas M1 syn holds up better. The cv's with std. grease can squeak upon movement on a cold am.
-check the condition of the belts and p/s fluid.
-check the alt to make sure it is not straining to charge on start up.
regards
