upper door hinge

I cant find upper door hinge for my 86 drivers side. is there any available anywhere ? or does anyone know how to repair them. I have done a few on other vehicles.

What's wrong with it? the plastic bushing shot? that could be replaced with a generic one from a parts store.
The only source for a replacement hinge is probably dealer or a salvage yard.
And no-one is likely interested on selling a single used one, more likely a complete set of 4. T

well I looked everywhere they only sell the lowers. I bought one by mistake from e bay thinking it was the same,they dont tell you its the lower.so I grount off the lower head of the pin and robbed the pin and bushings from it ,put them in my worn upper and tack welded the pin so it would stay in. problem solved
