Angry Parasitic Draw Short , am2 fuse

I picked up a 1993 4runner, Battery dead over night, Did the parasitic draw test , determined it was the am2 fuse. traced the wire, white with red stripe to the connection clip under dash that goes to ignition switch, this is the wire coming from the am2 fuse, tested it ( verified ) after I disconnected the clip hoping it was the ignition switch, tested the draw and its still there. What does this wire go to , I know it feeds the ignition switch ( key ) but it feeds more than that. Any ideas !!

Thanks for any help you can offer .

While you are monitoring the drain, disconnect the battery neg cable.
Then disconnect the control and output wires at the alternator.
Then reconnect the battery and see if the drain is gone.

The am2 also feeds the 15a EFI fuse. That goes to the ECM and main EFI relay.

No idea what the EFI fuse feeds or the ECM Can you expand your answer

well first, did pulling the efi fuse stop the drain?

The efi fuse goes directly to the ECU and Main EFI relay. Before i endure the journey of tracing the ecu path, i need to know if thats your actual problem.
