Kevin, are you ever gonna get this thing running? Or is it already running and I skipped 73 pages? I remember a bunch of wiring stuff on previous pages.

The Bastard is sitting on the side of my house patiently waiting its turn. One of these months I won't be attacked by real life and I'll have a minute to get it running again.

It's 98% done, I just haven't gotten around to finishing it. Too many chores, too many other hobbies. I'm wobbling back and forth between paying somebody to finish it or just parting it out, wanna make up my mind for me?

well as your friend (or as close to a friend as one can be having never met in person haha) i'd recommend paying someone to finish it if you'll never get around to it yourself. You can always sell the truck and you'll get a good price for a running 3rz swapped 1st gen vs selling parts or as a roller. plus it allows you to drive it around for a while so you'll fall back in love with it and keep it

No more updates. I'm making an effort to simplify and streamline, and the Bastard was a casualty of that effort. The new owner will have time to get it back on the dirt where it belongs and I'll start another down the road when I have the resources to do it right.

welp, here I am, looking for a 3rz to replace the poor broken old 22re in my 85. the timing chain broke a couple weeks ago. tore the engine down, and it just needs to much work to get back to proper running order.
