bolt pattern

i am looking to buy rims and trying to make sure that 6x5.5 is the same as 6x139.7? i have a 1985 4WD 4runner. 139.7 mm converted into inches is 5.5 so will this work?
thanks

I concur, 5.5" = 139.7mm. As is 4.5" = 114.3mm

SAE bolt patttern using Metric units.
