rough country vs tough country lift

hey guys new to the forum and I have some questions about lifts for my 95 v6 4runner. I am looking at buying either the rough country or the tough country lift and from what I can see the only difference between them is the tough country comes with limiting straps. Also when I go to lift my runner is there anything I should be aware of?

It's hard to tell without actually seeing them, the brackets in one kit could be beefier than the other. I wouldn't let the straps be a deciding factor.
The big box kits typically don't have the best ride, so the claims of the E-Z might sway me in that direction if I were in the market for a 4" lift kit.

But if your not set on 4", the Old Man Emu suspensions ride and handle better than new and have a 2.5-3" lift.

What size tire are you looking to run? And what type of off roading do you do?
