Some out side pics! It will run for a few minuets, then dump fuel into the engine. Going to start by putting the wonky intake back to stockish and checking the AFM and TPS.
You can hear it start run bad right after the rpms come down. Had to shut the camera off to limp it back to the garage.
I think my poor running was a bad 02 sensor/mount. One of the studs broke off the exhaust so the 02 sensor would blow up out of the pipe when I reved it. Taking the pipe off to repair it left me with broken/stripped studs in the exhaust manifold, so that came off so I can get the broken bits out. 1 step forward 2 steps back. Should be able to start putting it back together this weekend.
The flowmaster is beat and getting replace with a punched out Harley sportster muffler. Should be interesting.

Ill put up a video tomorrow, but I ran it around tonight. New 02 sensor solved the running rich problem. Sportster exhaust is on, and sound pretty much identical to the flow master.
Pulled the front fenders for a bit.. Likin the narrow look.
From the drivers seat, I couldnt see the back of the frame/ rear passenger tire, so I adjusted the back of the cab a bit.
Played around a bit this am, then drove it down the road to a friends shop for the next step. (less than 2 miles on a dirt road) Ran great, felt really good to drive this again.
Same hill, but first time we went up it this morning
Then down the road to a friends shop for some toooob.
This is just what we got done today, should have it wrapped up by the end of the week.

What do you mean by what size shock? The bolt hole at the top or how long they are? I dont remember off the top of my head, I can get measurements next time Im down there. Ford part number E5TZ-18183-A, can also get them from low range. And the 11.75" shocks (34685). I need to brace the front ones, or they will crack..
I forgot about the tower measurements. Ill get those tonight
Got some more bent up last night. Did the lower window bar too, but that didnt make it into the picture. The front fenders will go back on with some minor trimming.
I was way more excited about the new pieces leaving the shop, but looking at the pics now, it looks a little "jungle gym-y" but it didnt look that tall in person. Maybe Ill see if I can lower down above the roof a bit tonight. The doors will need work to go back on, as the hinges were removed for tube placement, but the top bar goes over the roof and back a bit, so I can continue to dent up whats left of the cab.
All my buddy does is jeep cages which is all straight bends, this is his first toyota/ exo so were learning.
The roof does look just an idge tall, from an aesthetic standpoint.
Are you mostly done, or is there more toob coming? Any plans for a bar on the b pillar? Or something across the middle of the windshield?

Across the windshield, roof crows foot, and a X in the rear hoop, as well as some bracing for the long pieces going from the hoop to the back of the frame.
No b pillar yet. I want to dent the cab up more, cant do that with a b pillar. Maybe an internal one? Also going to add some sort of door bar.
