Pull the panel underneath the rear seat and disconnect the harness to the fuel pump and see if it has power to the circuit. Basic circuit tester will work. If it has power, then your pump is probably shot. If it is, you might consider replacing the regulator. The new pumps pressure will blow out the delicate old rubber diaphragm relatively soon after.

Ok guys thanks for all the help checked the wiring going to the fuel pump and that was where my problem was. I replaced the fuel pump relay and it's good to go! Ill start a thread soon with pics of the truck and what I'm planning on doing. Thanks for all the advice it definatley helped out
