Please Help!
I just baught a 95 v6 auto on sunday. Truck only has 102,000 mi on it with
3" suspention lift and 33" cooper stt's with another set of 31" all terains. And it is currently not wanting to start. Within the last 12,000 mi it has had the head gasket done, heads rebuilt, all timing components done, and the water pump. Within the last 1500 mi the plugs, wires, distributor, cap have been done.
I baught the truck downstate MI and drove it home (about 3 hrs mixed highway and non highway) I had stopped several times since i picked it up and shut the truck off/turned it back on and no problems. I parked it that night and went to start it the next morning and it wownt fire up (it was also about 20 degrees in the morning and has been for the last few days) it was a bit warmer (somewhere around 37 when i baught it and drove it home). I did take it down some trails that night and got into a couple decent sized puddles but nothing rediculous. Engine compartment seems dry.
I checked the spark and that seems fine, (as it should be since the parts are new), air filter is dry and clean, when i turn the key on i can hear the fuel pump clicking (kinda sounds like a blinker) and its not "humming". I changed the fuel filter thinking it might be clogged but that didnt help at all. Fuses all are good and not blown.
The truck does have an arctic start 600r remote starter installed by the PO and im wondering if that is messing with it.
ANY ideas would really be appreciated as it is just sitting in my girlfiends driveway in the way of other vehicles
Thanks

does it spit and sputter when turning over? try cracking the plenum on the side of the side of the motor towards the top, the big bolt in this picture, after you crack it, have someone turn it over and see if fuel is squirting out. If it doesn't squirt out, it might be your fuel pump. If not the fuel pump then it might be the EFI fuse.
first pic and up and to the left where the bolt is with a black plug coming out of it.

Crack the fuel line to see if there is any fuel pressure , or fuel coming through the line. As the other poster mentioned, check or better yet, change the EFI relay(common failure item). You might check for water leaks around the fuse box.

Need more info - you hear a click but it won't crank, or it cranks but won't fire up?

My fuel pump doesn't click... I'd hit your local auto parts joint and borrow a fuel pressure tester to be sure, but you might have had your pump go bad.
Another test was suggested above, shoot some start fluid into your intake, see if it'll run for a couple seconds off that. That'd point to a fuel issue too.

Check your ground wires!!!! Specifically, check the one in the alternator harness and the one to the left of the battery (looking in from the front).
I know nothing about puddles, these guys have no idea what they are talking about.

I've wondered this a million times, but I never really hear the fuel pump, despite trying many times.

Humming noise, not very loud, you'd probably have to put your ear to the tank.

Ok so I pulled the cold start injector and turned the key. No gas coming out so I'm thinking that its my fuel pump.

Open the gas cap and stick a funnel into the tank filler.
Now stick your ear in the funnel and listen while someone else turns the key to the "on" position.
You should hear the pump run for a few seconds before it shuts back off. (due to the engine not running)
