2ed gen lift stering knuckles question

hey guys we have a 91 that we re did the entire front suspension today and wile removing the upper joint of the drivers side inoticed it was diffrent from the passenger
this is the first time tearing into this truck like this and found it has a 4 inch lift from what i can see a rough country lift

to me it looks to be home made crap but i may be wrong what do you guys think?

Those don't look right at all. I don't have a truck to go take a peak at, but those look nothing like the one i had on my 1994 4Runner. Wait for someone else to go take a look at their rig to give you a more solid answer though.

i know for sure that the passenger side is part of a 4 inch lift kit
i assume the previous owner made the drivers side from some accident i do know that they had replaced the drive shaft and fuel tank from some accident so anything is possible
