Rear window problem

Ok so I have looked here and searched on bing for anything that would help me.

My rear window stopped working all together a while ago and finally got around to pulling the relay and replace all 4 of the relays like outlined in article on 4crawler.com. After finally getting that all done and back in I was having issues and finally unplugged the window wiper in the back and then it would start rolling up but still just clicks when I try to roll it down. I will try to list all of the symptoms it has now after replacing the relay:
1 Front switch will roll up but does nothing when press to roll down (figure a dirty connection as it looks kinda crusty)
2 key on rear door will roll up but when tries to roll down it will click but nothing else.
3 The motor works in both directions as I had to remove the door panel and had to connect it to a battery and it worked both ways.

I was going to try to clean the connections on the rear key switch and see if it will do anything but not sure if it will help out at all.

After that not sure what to do and would really appreciate all the help I can get.

Thanks in advance.

Well not sure what happened but its working now. We got irritated and started jiggling everything we could and reattached the wiper connector and cycled that and it started working. Glad it did but wish I knew why.
