No progress on the 4runner has been made lol. I did pick up top shift tcase the other day. It was a good enough deal (for around my area) to pick up incase I decide to dual case this thing one day. My twin stick I just installed would be a waste then lol.

Ive been working hard to get the shop done. Getting close to being able to work out of it.

Few small updates....

Torn down a very rusty (outside only) elocker to clean up and regear to 5.29s. Just needs some black paint and gears setup now.

Picked up some Battle Born beadlocks, some 37" Gladiators, and had the rings powdercoated. They were supposed to be red but turned out more redish orange

Got the 4runner cleaned up yesterday. Its ready to bring in the shop for work.

Hopefully progress will start to flow on this thing. Got a lot of work to do.

Ive been jumping around on the 4runner. I got the e-locker to fit in the housing, but never drilled the holes for the new studs. I then jumped on getting the mounts for the hydro-assist figured out. Then before final welding, I start tackling the mounts for the new trans cooler and steering reservoir lol.

Hydro-Assist ram mocked up.

I also built a fan shroud for the trans cooler.

Finally got it back on the road. Still a few loose ends to tie up, but its drivable.

I put some TG chromoly shafts and wheel bearing nuts on while I had it apart. I also installed some FROR ARP knuckle studs to help with the forces from the hydroassist.

I changed the fuel pump just mainly because I wanted to change the rubber hose inside the tank. While I had the tank out, I made an access panel so I don't have to drop the tank again to change pump.

Heres how it sits now. Drives way better with radial tires (first time since I built it) and selectable lockers. Just got it together last night, so im still breaking in the gears. Ready to really try it out.

Still need to mount the new radiator overflow. I also just ordered new ujoints for the rear driveshaft and rear wheel bearings. They didn't feel the best when I was putting it back together, so they will get changed soon. After that, Im planning on building some sliders and getting the AC working.
