driver side window switch

ok have a 95 4runner. I have Replaced the window switch on driver side and replaced the fuse. The only thing that works is the door locks and window lock. Windows won't roll down. Before that nothing worked. The other windows work on their switches.... Any ideas????

You might consider pulling the door panel and checking the power with a voltmeter through the wiring harness. There might be a break where the door jam is. Once you have power through the driver's door multi switch, you can see if the motors are working properly.

In order to know where to check power/ground, you would need schematic. Got a schematic of window control you can post so others can help analyze circuit? Use photobucket so pics get displayed in higher resolution.

Toyota components are bullet-proof. Issues often arise from poor wiring, assembly and/or maintenance. Suspect those first.
Next only to our senses, the multi-meter is the most important electrical diagnostic tool. Spend $6 at Harbor Freight or $$$ blindly replacing parts.
