stock tire size?

what is the stock tire size for a 95 4runner?

I bought mine, and it had 31x10.5x15.
They were brand new tires, so im just wondering if these are bigger then stock or not.

thanks in advance!

Ther were 2 different tire sizes:

P225/75R15

31X10.5R15

Now this does not mean this is what came from the factory on your truck, look on the label on the inside of the drivers side door it will tell you the tire size it came with from the factory.

Reason why is the 31's came with larger capacity gas tanks and different gearing.

31"s

I am replying almost 30 years later. I hope everyone is well. My 4runner that I purchased from original owner also has the 31x10.5x15

He told me that his father in law gave him the rig and it has special gearing and it's "special addition". I thought he was just trying to sell me on the rig.

I was a bit confused being new to the 4runner world.

Is there any details on this online? I tried searching with no luck.

Thank you.

2022-2005=17.. so its an older thread but not even close to 30 years. lol.

The "special edition" could be any trim line. SR5, tow package.. etc

You can decipher the gearing by the VIN tag. Check this link-- > Gearratiosanddiffs
