Problems with new power steering pump/ new pump with fluid. no power steering?

Okay so this is the first time I've posted anything but I've used this site hundreds of times for help and I've finally gotten stuck and need help.
Okay so I have a 1995 4runner (2nd gen) v6 2wd. So here's the problem... lol. I bought this car from and old dealership and so far its problem after ptoblem but it starts with the power steering. I had power steering but the ball bearing went bad ad I understand it. So I took the old pump and resvior off and replaced the pump. 3 times actually tryimg to figure out what the hell is going on. I tighten the belt down and made aure the woodruff key and pully were on correctly. I added fluid to it and lifted the front end off the groumd and turned it lock to lock probably 40 times with the res cap off to bleed air out. Still have no ps. I drove with the old pump off for about two weeks so I imagine there's quite a bit of air in it. I would start the car and fluid would leak out of the resivor cap and drip out. No ps still. I have the washers on correctly and the o rings are in! I just bled the rear brakes via bleeders. I know the pumps trying because when I first start the car there's a loud moan from pump and it'll give me ps for around 5 seconds then nothing at all. Still leaking fluid. How do I bleed all the excess air out?? Help!

Maybe take the hoses off one by one while turning the steering wheel (engine off) to see if you are actually getting flow through the system. Starting with the hoses on the steering gear, input hose then output hose.
