Help! 2nd gen Rear window off track in up position

So as the title says, I have a 95 4runner, and my rear window, like so many others 4runners, is stuck! I took off all the paneling to take a look at the motor. Everything seems to be working fine but the window came off the motor arm. The window all the way up on the left side, and a few inches down on the right side. The motor arm is currently sitting above the bottom of the window. What do I do?!

I would add some liquid lubricant to both of the window tracks and insure it runs down past where ever it got stuck. Then I would try to lift up on the bottom of the window on the side thats down. This is just speculation....

What does it do if you try to roll it down?

^^^. Decent advice. Spray tracks and guides with silicone spray and let it soak in a little. PB Blaster is better if you don't mind the smell. Is it possible to push the window down when someone is pushing the button or turning the key? Pinion gear in the motor could be stripped.

Is the motor stuck? If you can, have someone hold the window in place while you move the arm down. Then you can set the window back in the slots. My front passenger window keeps coming off the arm as well. I took a look a it, and it seams that the clamps will no longer hold the window like they should. So I will probably need to glue it in place. You may need to do the same to prevent this from happening again.

Has anyone had success fixing the clamping issues? Any write-ups about it?
