Find a clean one in a junkyard and cut the roof off at the bottom of the pillars and swap it over, or swap a whole body over.

Could try to re shape it with a highlift jack, or use one of these.. Portable Hydraulic Body Puller Kit

Doesn't look too bad. Got any better pictures?

Use a comealong. Park under a tree, put a 2x4 under the top channel to brace it and start pulling. A hilift between the channels will work too, just remember that the hilift will be pushing down at the same time it lifts up...
