turbo gauge cluster on nonturbo

I was taking my dash apart today for some repairs and paint, I broke the clear plastic covering my non tac gauge cluster. While searching eBay for a replacement I ran across a turbo gauge cluster. It reminded me of knight rider.
Besides the outrageous price, could one plug in to a non turbo?
Anyone here done it? Any other cool options while I got it taken apart?

There shouldn't be a problem using the turbo gauge cluster, although if yours has a 110 mph speedometer and the other has an 85 mph speedometer, you'll need to either get everything calibrated, or find the right cable and corresponding parts to convert it over. The other gauges should be the same, and the boost gauge will just read vacuum if you hook it up. Hope that helps!

Any solutions to the fuel sending unit issues? Turbo fuel sending units are hard to find.

I'm guessing you mean a digital one? I have a turbo gauge cluster but it's the needle style still, just has a green turbo light in the center. It works no problem. Not sure on digital though.
