fuel pump electrical problem, please help

i have a 93 4runner and i have recently been having some issues with it dying and not starting up. i replaced the fuel pump thinking this would fix the problem, car ran fine for a short while and then died again. i have tested the power wires right next to the fuel pump and they are getting absolutely no power. all of the relays are good as well as the fuses. any ideas on what is going wrong? has anyone experienced this before? anythign at this piont would be great.

I'm new to this forum and the T4R world, but i suppose it would be a good idea to try and locate the other end of the fuel pump power cable, i.e., check at the source. It might be a problem of faulty cables.

Hope this helps.

i know that it is some sort of an electrical problem, i have checked just about every connection possible, except for the connection directly under the relays in the box. iv found it near impossible to check those connections, anyone done that?
