Motor mounts 3.sloooow

So I kmow 3.0 Motors on these 95 4runner's, I hate this motors but can't afford the 3.4 one, but anyways, I bought this 4Runner a little over two years ago and when I bought them the motor mounts were brand new ( he had receipts and blah blah ) but anyways he could only afford to replace one, and I looked at the motor mount and looked in the book, and it says lift up the engine or put jack under oil pan, I lifted the motor up with a cherry picker, and now I can see there is a little skirt type thing over the motor mount and I can't get to those three bolts holding them on? Any tips on how to get to this without removing the engine of taking much off? Or step by step help? Thank you

Any tips will help!

Thanks!

Cody

You dont remove the bolts in the block, there is a bolt in the middle and the two on the frame mount

Not sure if this image will help you anymore since you said you already have a book, but you can see the center bolt that Broken Wrench is talking about.

I just did the driver side of my sas'ed truck a little while ago. I had to remove the dip stick and oil filter to get the engine side of the mount off. But you dont have to take it that far off if you dont want to. If you can, get a ratchet wrench in the top and loosen the nut that way.
