Installed tacoma wheels/tires on my '93 4runner!

Before (15x7 stockers, Michellin 30x9.5x15 )

Before pic

After (16x7 taco rims, BFG Rugged Trail T/A 265/70/16)

After pic

The offset of the new rims are about 0.6" closer to the suspension, but luckily no rubbing issues! I'm really happy with the setup and the wheels really rejuvenate the look of the truck.

question, your 93 looks like mine in that the rear end appears to be saggy. is this how it has always looked like or is this a notorious suspension issue with this era 4runner?

There were 4 wheels in the back of the truck in both picts...so the suspension was sagging. But, yes...I have seen many 4runner's with a sagging rear suspension.

Yes it is comman you can get new coils and shocks that will fix it.

Try doing a search on "rear sag" it has been covered alot.
