rear window switch, sunroof switch

For some reason in the past two weeks the rear window will only go down while using the switch inside, but will go up and down from outside with the key. Also, the power sunroof will not open with the switch, but you can hear the motor working when you hit the switch like you are closing it. Kind of strange to happen all at the same time. Any advice?

I dont know if this is the problem, but have you read the part about normalizing your windows in your ownerd manual. This usually only needs to be done if the battery was disconnected. A long shot, but maybe worth a try...

Normalizing Window?

I have the same issue ,since I had repair work done for a wreck.
I looked all through my manual on how to normalize a window
and I couldnt find it???? any info would be helped....makes loading groceries a b#$#
