Where do i get a new Driveshaft?

I tore up my driveshaft last winter from the massive torque of the 22re... well maybe not from that but a rock did the job. I built a temporary driveshaft and have been driving it ever since but it's a little unbalanced and I want a new one. Anyone know a good place to get them?

I know this has nothing to do with your drive shaft but where did you get the snorkel? And how do you keep water out of the trans filler tube?
I do have a second drive shaft but it would cost too much to send it to you. You could have a tougher one built.

What, you don't have a driveline shopp in town? MOst can be repaired or replaced. A good driveline shop could whip you one out cheap.

Personally I'd check out your local scrap yard. Again, this is a situation where a parts 4runner would come in handy.

OK thanks. I'll look around more at local shops. I already combed the junk yards and have been for the last 6 months and I always find one, but it always has a small dent somewhere:cursin: . I kind of suspected i would have to get a custom one made at a shop.

As for the snorkel, it's a safari snorkel that I got from rocky road offroad www.rocky-road.com. They don't make one for the 22re but do make one fro the 22r so you have to modify the airbox to make it work.
