I am about to purchase leafs. What would be everyones suggestion. I want to get rid of the blocks but retain the 33". Also suggestions on bushings/shackles and what do i need to flip the ubolts? I noticed fluid leaking down my tire, you can see the build up behind the brakes and in front of the dust shield. My guess is an axle shield, does that sound about right?
OME leafs and a six inch shackle and you should be able to keep the 33s, depending on width and backspace.
Your fluid leak is either brake fluid or a bad axle seal. If you haven't noticed your brake fluid res emptying, it's gear oil from a bad inner axle seal, which probably means your wheel bearing is shot too.
To flip the rear ubolts you need to relocate the lower shock mounts. Trail Gear makes a kit if you don't want to fab it all up from scratch.

Unless you're packing serious weight in the rear, the light duty and medium duty OME are practically the same lift height. The difference between them is an add-a-leaf which you can order separate, so get the light duty and go from there.
