Anyone use those after market front lower valances for the 1st gen? Saw them listed on ebay for $60-$90. Mines pretty beat and I'm getting the body all fixed up so I think that needs to be replaced to make the stock look tight? Hows the fit? How did it get shipped? Did it arrive pretty straight? Thanks for any input.
I have not purchased a front valance, but I have purchased a front chrome bumper on ebay and it came packed well and in good shape. Ebay protects the buyer so I would take the chance. There is not much to the valance, it mounts with screws.

Will definitely put up before and after pics. My driver door got smushed and I was very bummed. But now that she's getting a full body make over I'm very excited.
I bought the one from Rock Auto. It was less than 34 dollars shipped, with the majority of the cost being shipping. I just threw it on a gift card I had laying around from the holidays, so if it's crap, it costs me nothing. From the pictures, it looks like the ones on ebay, but we'll see once it arrives.
I had some parts arrive today including the valance. Delivered in an oversized box, which explains the high shipping.
Not bad for a 10 dollar part. It is thin and flexible(easily bent), not sure how it compares to an original part. It will need some prep before paint, but that's the stage where I'm at with the truck anyway.
Got mine today. Looks good. Now looking for other stuff. The B pillar clips. Anyone got a part number on those. I think there are 2 different kinds. Mine broke taking them off for paint.
