Nice truck! I especially like that windshield visor. Been trying to find one.

Very pretty, I wouldn't cut it up. Do you plan on wheeling it, or is it a pavement princess?

@Kid V, I wouldn't say street princess... More of a hybrid i guess. It will be my daily but I do a lot of activities, i.e. Climbing and Camping where I would need it to perform. I'd say it would be a hybrid

I was thinking TRD or K&N exaust to start out. And something to reduce the sag. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

Performance-wise (personally), I would concentrate on any obvious issues first and then spend some time with it to figure out what you want to improve to fit your lifestyle. See how it handles off road, daily driving, etc. Functionally speaking, it may perform perfectly adequate in stock form for your purposes. ....assuming everything is in decent shape like your rear springs. Aesthetics is a different story and really boils down to personal taste.

I totally agree but I know I want a few more horses. I am pretty happy with how it looks. What would you guys do to improve the rear suspension? and what would you guys do as far as exhaust/headers go?
