saw that one ^^^ on c-list a week or so ago. looked to be solid, albeit with the blown headgasket. are you positive the seats were swapped out? my '87 #1 sr5 had the same seats (which i have since swapped out for the sport seats). check the matching rear seat fabric. i wouldn't be surprised if the front seats are the originals.
i liked that one, because it had wing vents and manual window cranks. the tan interior is nice, like the gray interiors. not that i dislike the blue or brown interiors. red interior - yuck.

Interesting that an SR5 would have the nonadjustable (no lumbar or side bolster) and vinyl headrest. No matter though, I am looking for a set of 93-94 front seats that will get reupholstered along with the rear seats. Yes it definitely has a blown head gasket and a few other small things but overall it is super clean. I have a 3.4 supercharged motor that is ready to go into it. Probably a 2" body lift to clear the hood, and dual cases. and the exterior will be painted ford Race Red. Should be a fun little Runner. Oh and I was able to get him down from his asking price
