Exclamation 89.5 4runner. Motor swap and Long travel build (Help needed)

Alright. My trucks currently sitting in a storage lot. I'm working details to bring it home. It's sitting on a lift. And body lift So I'm currently dealing a 3.0 in with 140xxx. Allpro gaskets rebuild.
I want to work towards a long travel and 3.4 swap. Also chop top and make a custom cage still following where the chop was. So any information and pictures diagrams. Or links. And how to. Are appareaited
As I am a massive inexperienced noob. I'll be asking alot of questions
I'll have pros helping me. Thru my friends shop.

First off. It's been 3 years since I've been able to wheel this. Due to a head gasket. I found a low km 3.0 I want to put in. It's a 92.

1. A)pulling blown motor
B) I need to clean engine bay and take crowl cover off and replace hinges.
C) I need to do the big 3 to my new engine.
D) Question. So can I do it just to the Motor? Or are there power upgrades thruout truck.
E) I need to put motor back in.
F) HELP. Someone told me because the year difference. I can just pull my intake and throttle body. With all the wires and switch out mine on the motor for the one with wires. Is this true?

2.a) question Locker. What's a suggested locker. I can just install and go for now.
B) question do I remove my body lift of 3"
C) tailgate wiring diagram.

By now I can have it running again. With most things operational again.

If you have info regarding anything listed. Or about 3.4 swaps. And long travel builds. Setups. And information that could help.

I've thought about a solid axle setup. And personally for me. I drive faster unless playing in the trails. Usally I like to overland. And my plans are to cross country AND explore the country. So I figured a long travel setup would benefit best rides comfy high speeds. Road legal and I can jump it if I ever jump a highway ditch again inna 4r.

I've been looking at tc. And blaze land. Kits.
I'm clueless for the rear. I've heard leaf setups with bigger axles?
Or spacers.

So my first questions are
Can I tow at all with a long travel?
With the bigger axle in the rear. Does it make it possible to properly tow? And if possible. Then do I need to make a front lockout or somthing.

The blazeland kit uses T100 CV axles.
Pretty sure people have used T100 rear axles to match the front width.

Might check out Dezert Rangers for LT builds

Thats my old 4runner. Man that brings back memories. Still wish I never sold that one.
