1986-1988 4runner to build

my dream truck would be to take the shell of the 86-88 4runner and build it from scratch.

can anyone help me to understand what i need to do to build this.

keep in mind this is my first truck and i don't know anything about building. i would job this out.

i love the 4runner with the top down. pretty sweet.

OK, you've asked for a lot w/o giving any details.

The BIG question is what do you want to build it up for ????????????

I could spend weeks answering that question w/o doing any good.
