My diesel briefly misfire when its very cold

Hey guys and girls. As topic say, my 2L-T have very brief misfire after start, when outside temp is -8°C of less. Glow two times, she fires up no problem, then for next like 5 seconds missing one cylinder. After that all four fires normally and rpm stabilize. No issue after that. Two minutes of idling, there is no smoke (or very thin this below freezing) so it seems like everything is in order.

My question is should I worry about some potential issue or go with "diesel engine does not like freezing temperature, this is nothing weird" explanation?
