3.0 auto to 2rz manual

Okay so I have looked and looked and haven’t found much, I know there’s fab work involved and that’s not a sweat, I don’t want to hear people say do a 3.4 (I already have a 3rd gen) because I have a perfectly good 2rz and access to a cheap decent 4Runner, my questions are:

1: are 3.0 r150 cross members different than a 22re w56 cross member?
2: what’s the wiring involved?
3: oil pan problem...

Looking for advice here’s what I’ll be working with

i'd guess very few members (perhaps none) have made that swap.

that and two days isn't a lot of time; this site doesn't generate nearly the traffic that it did 5 years ago.
