Recommend size for new tires/wheels (w/pic)

So its almost time for some new rubber for the '95 4R. I'm thinking about getting new wheels at the same time. Just some BFG ATs and black steelies that I don't have to be so concerned about keeping clean like I do with chrome. I've been running 32 11.5 15 on 15x8 wheels for years. But that was also before I lifted up my sagging rear end. I like the look and feel of this size, but those tires do look a bit small now.
Should I stick with this size or should/can I consider something a bit larger that will not require any mods? And if so, what?
Thanks!!!

Best pics I could find at the moment:

So 168 views and not one opinion about tire and wheel sizes??? :awais:

Is it the pic size? Do I need to post better pics?
Maybe I need to post this in the classic T4R forum!

I will move you to the Classic subforum. IMHO, the tire size looks good. I would go with an all-terrain. If you're more concern with road noise, then i would consider Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor. If you're more into off-roading and want more aggressive looks, then i would consider BFG AT KO or M/Ts.

Remember, your 4runner does not have the strongest engine...therefore, i would not upsize too much or else you will have issue on the highway.

From what I remember from my Dad's 94....if you would go much larger than a 32" tire I don't know if you would run into rubbing issues.

And also the issues Thai brought up.....serious lack of power....

I could of reposted myself, but thanks, I guess. Maybe silly of me to post a tire question in the tire forum.
I will most likely get the BFG AT KOs. The MTs are too aggressive for me with the little off-roading I do - although I wanna start doing that more while I still have this 4R. And no Thai, you're very correct, these first 4Rs were definitely lacking in the power department.

Anyone else seeing xs besides fourwd?

Sarcasm is really not needed...if you want people's opinion.

I see your pictures fine.

I'm not being sarcastic at all. Just figured the most appropriate place for a tire question would be in a forum that deals with, amongst other things, tires. Not the first time I've been wrong on working the internets though.
