1995 SR5 CD Changer Issue

Hey everyone!
I recently tried putting a CD in my car and it would not work... turns out I burnt the disk wrong but even after trying a late 80's Tom Petty CD which has no issues playing anywhere else I realized the issue was with the car. I've attached a video to make this whole thing easier to understand. The unit in my car is the L4200 3-Disk CD Changer with the plastic magazine. From what I've gathered, the model number is 08601-00834

After scouring the web yielded nothing, I figured I'd reach out to y'all to see what comes up before I tear this thing out and start poking around in it. I'd appreciate any help available. Cheers.

95 96 97 toyota 4runner & camry 3 disc remote dash mtd CD changer stacker L4200 | eBay etc etc

Was an Alpine unit so you may be able to remove it, remove top plate and clean with electronic/pc cleaner, looks like it is not recognizing disc.
Some had drive belts that get brittle/slip.
