rear window stuck

I rewired the rear window. the regulator went up and down no problem without the glass. I reinstalled the glass and the window would move up and down fine the inch i moved it. I buttoned everything up and rolled the glass all the way up for the first time. I tested rolling it down and it tries, but acts like it is hung on something and stops. you can see the regulator try to go down, but it acts like its hitting a down limit stop. I looked in the tailgate and everything appears to be free.

Any ideas? I now have no ability to move the glass to remove the regulator. It has the same behavior if I go directly to the battery to regulator.

Check the screws that hold your license plate. My back window hung up on screws that were too long, and even after I found shorter ones they still hung the window up. I had to put washers on to just barely get a few threads in.
