A/C fuse keeps blowing

I have a 1991 4Runner and the A/C fuse keeps blowing when I turn on the A/C. It's the 10 amp fuse located behind the glove box.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start diagnosing this problem?

did you ever figure out fuse prob, mine doing same thing
