I replaced the knock sensor on my 3VZE. The engine starts and runs well cold. After warming up, I hear a distinct relay click, then the off idle performance goes to hell. Significant acceleration delay, a spitting sound and almost no power. Entirely not smog worthy.
I suspect I may have an error in the vacuum line routing, but that may be wishful thinking. I took lots of photos before disassembly, but I should have made a drawing.
The vacuum line routing diagram in the manual have a couple spots that are not very clear to me, so I drew up the routing I presently have. Below is a link to that drawing. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
