Clutch won’t engage, need help ASAP!

So just bought this 94 4Runner drove it home from about 200 miles away, anyways today hoping in and I can’t get it into gear, reverse grinds. I noticed the pushrod on the clutch was kind of bent, causing it to angle upward when pushing in the clutch I attached a photo, is this normal? I did notice a crack in the mounting bracket, but doesn’t seem to affect the clutch pedal movement, it did move the start switch button tho, so it doesn’t line up with the clutch to start it. Any ideas? Should I replace the pushrod? Is it supposed to angle like that? My clutch wasn’t the best prior had to mash it all the way to the ground n then some to get it into 1st gear. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

That picture didnt work.

Is it a 2 part clutch rod with a little isolator in the middle? if yes, and thats where its bending, then its shot. needs a replacement.

Also, the cracked plate is common, and something to fix eventually
