Anybody know how to get a window back on track?

Few months back somebody broke into my '93, forced the passenger window down. This popped the window off the track inside the door. I managed to pull the window back up and I've just left it since then, been lazy.

Only way I can think to fix it is pull the whole window and regulator out to get the little wheels back in the track, but that sounds like a huge pain. Anyone got tips or suggestions?

You pretty much have to pull the door panel off to reset it properly.

I got impatient and just went and gave it a shot lol

Luckily, the window regulator turned out to be pretty easy to remove! I just used some painter tape to hold the window up after unbolting it. Pulled the regulator out, popped the track back in place, gave it some grease, and success!

Window rolls up and down smoothly, I'm worried it'll pop off again so I'm going to be gentle with it still, but at the moment it seems to be good.
