CLunking and THunking

Hi guys,
I've searched here and only came up with info from years ago...

I've got some Clunking and Thunking from the underside of my 94 4Runner 3.0 Manual.

At first it felt like the rear axle was going to leave my truck...
I installed new Bilstein shocks on all 4 corners and it made it better but still bad
I then installed swaybar mounts and end links poly bushings from Energy Suspension. That made a big difference in the rear axle play.
I then installed the rear control arm bushings and that made a Yuge difference.

BUT I'm still dealing with a thud and bang in the rear and I cant figure it out. I've got Old Man Emu springs in the back and I thought that they're just over powering the bounce back and that is what the thud is?
The spare wheel is tight, I've checked all the bolts and nuts for the shocks and they're all tight... Its got a 1" body lift and all those bolts are tight...

I'm lost, can anyone help with anywhere else to check?

I have not checked the wheel bearings or anything like that....

Thanks in advance

Jack and tools all tight? transmission mounts?

Does it happen more around corners? Can you put it up on jackstands and shake stuff to try to recreate it?

It's been asked but under what circumstances does it clunk? Will it do it if you left foot brake? Forward? Reverse?

How is the propeller shaft bearing? The U-Joint?
