1st Gen Door Catch - Where to buy

Does anyone know where you can buy a new door catch for the 84-89 4Runner? This is the door limiter, with two detents.

Toyota lists the part as "Catch Assembly, Door" Part # 6861089102

Can't buy one new anywhere. I'm guessing anything used is going to be worn out at this point as well.

Nothing listed for part interchange, but I suspect something from a Camry or Corolla might work?

I am also looking for it online but can't find it. I hope someone will reply to me over here. I would like to share Attention Required! | Cloudflare website with you where you can find the WinPort casino sites with reviews and by winning games on those sites you can earn real money.

I don't have the answer, but I wonder if the 4Runner platform (N60) and the LN60 Hilux platform share this part, albeit a different part number:

68610-60040 Check Strap Assembly LH RH Front Door Suitable for Hilux <7/88 & Landcruiser 70 73 75 78 79 Series - ToJo 4wd Centre

Tracking that part number, there's a possibility of finding one from a landcruiser: 68610-60040

I think this it's a good option to swing by your local pick-n-pull and see if there's a match by bringing the old one from your 4Runner. And if it's not a fit don't take it

I don't know what's wrong with the existing strap, could you rebuild it?

So I lucked out and found a 1987 Toyota Pickup at my local pull-a-part that had good door catches. I don't think you can buy them new or even aftermarket replacement anymore.
