surf
I just bought a 93 hilux surf with 3.0 and there are a few things I would like to buy for it. Question is, will any 4runner aftermarket accessories fit the truck. As far as I know the surf is identical to the 4runner with the exception of being a right hand drive vehicle.

I've also got a surf and yes, most parts wil fit straight on.

exceptions are:

some dashboard items (LHD vs RHD)
some engine parts

2004 Hilux Surf SSR-G 4WD (somewhere between the USDM SR5 and the Limited)
3400 V6 Quad cam 5VZ-FE
Pirelli Scorpion ATR 265/65R17
Needed: TRD supercharger, 7th injector, engine controller, valve body upgrade kit for the tranny & headers.

We seem to have more grey imported Surfs than aussie delivered 4 Runners down here and it would seem that the majority of parts will fit straight up.

With the exception of some engine and trans items.
